DELIVERY & RETURNS

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please refrain from accepting or signing for visibly damaged items upon delivery.

In the event of receiving a product that is 'Dead on Arrival' (DOA), especially relevant for disposable items such as clearomisers, cartomisers, and wick & coils, please promptly contact customer service. Such claims regarding damaged or faulty items will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will any order shortfalls. The cost of returning goods to us via Royal Mail recorded delivery will be refunded to the Buyer. However, we disclaim liability for goods lost in transit during the return process. Any damaged items received must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.

All returned goods must be packaged with the same level of protection as initially received. Goods damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the Buyer.

All return shipments must be accompanied by a fully completed Returns Authorisation Form, including the Buyer's Full Name and Address (as indicated on the Invoice under 'INVOICE/DELIVERY ADDRESS'), a daytime telephone number, the Invoice Number, and a brief description of the issue requiring resolution. For obtaining a Returns Authorisation Form, please contact customer service using the email address provided in the About Us section above.

Missing or Lost Goods

If ordered goods are not received and are deemed lost in transit, or if the shipment does not contain all the ordered goods, notification should be provided to Vapeaah within 14 days of placing the order for replacement goods to be dispatched. Vapeaah will collaborate with its courier partner(s) to investigate lost packages. Claims for lost goods outside of this time limit will not be entertained.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

We retain the right to withdraw any products from our website or edit any materials or content at any time. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse transaction processing or service provision to any individual at our sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party.
