What is it?

Vapeaah Rewards Points are our way of giving something back to our loyal customer base; put simply you can now earn points on every order you place, which you can then use to get money off on future orders.

How do I use my Rewards Points?
Please login to your account to see and use your Rewards Points. Once you put items into your basket, you will see the option to save or spend your points on the right hand side.

If you can't see this, you aren't logged in.

How does it work?

Every time you place an order with Vapeaah, as long as you are signed in to your account you will earn 10 Rewards Points for every £1 you spend.

The next time you order you can use your points to get money off, at a generous rate of £5 off for every 1000 points you have.

Account

Don't worry if you don't have an account, you can create one when you place your order and your Rewards Points will still be added to your new account.

We will also be running competitions where we will be giving away Rewards Points as prizes, so make sure you like our Facebook page or follow us on Twitter to be in with a chance of winning!

Reward Points Conditions

• Collection of Reward points is based on spend ("Loyalty Rewards Spend Balance") on the Website from the date you become a Vapeaah account holder.
• You can check your Reward points spend balance by logging into your Vapeaah Account.
• We reserve the right to change the rates, and without notice. Changes to these rates will be published on the Loyalty Rewards website page.
• Reward points will be issued once all orders, which qualify for a reward point, have been despatched. Registered Members who have opted in to receive marketing emails will receive an email when a Reward point has been earned.
• You may redeem Vapeaah Reward Points against any order in the Vapeaah website.
• You cannot redeem 100% of the value of an order using Vapeaah Rewards Points.
• Vapeaah Reward Points are non-transferable.
• Vapeaah Reward Points have no cash value.
• Non-redeemed Reward Points will expire after 12 months of last purchase date.
• Rewards Points are not redeemable on JUUL products or in conjunction with any other promotional code, other than additional reward points.
• Returns / Cancellations of orders using Reward points are subject to our normal returns policy.
